Motorcyclist Dies After Crash With SUV On Seventh Avenue In Hesperia
California Code of Civil Procedure § 377.60 allows a surviving spouse, children and certain other family members to bring a wrongful-death claim when a person is killed as a result of another party’s negligence, seeking compensation for funeral expenses, lost financial support and the loss of the loved one’s companionship.
California Vehicle Code § 21460 prohibits driving to the left of double parallel solid yellow lines. Determining exactly how and why a vehicle crossed over — and whether roadway design, visibility or another driver’s actions played any role — is a central question in any serious crash investigation.
