We retain intake and case information for as long as necessary to evaluate or handle your matter and to comply with State Bar of California record-keeping and professional responsibility requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including a web application firewall, transport encryption (HTTPS), and access controls. Access to personally identifiable information is limited to personnel who need it to perform their duties. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. A parent or guardian may contact us regarding a minor’s potential claim.

10. No Attorney-Client Relationship
