A man was killed and a woman was critically injured Friday night, October 30, 2026, when a vehicle struck them on the 200 block of Water Street in Webster, Texas. Webster police say the crash happened at about 9:30 p.m. and the driver did not stay at the scene. The man, 24, was pronounced dead there, and the woman, 20, was taken to a hospital for emergency surgery. Authorities have not released the names of either person.
According to FOX 26 Houston, police are looking for a red Chevrolet sedan with significant front-end damage, and no suspect has been identified. The outlet reports the woman’s condition is critical.
