A motorcyclist was killed early Saturday morning in a crash with a vehicle at the intersection of Cranford Avenue and West Linden Street in Riverside. The collision was reported around 1:40 a.m. The rider, identified by the Riverside County coroner’s office as 59-year-old Steven Pingrey of Riverside, suffered fatal injuries and was declared deceased at the scene. Authorities have not said whether speed, impairment, or a right-of-way violation contributed to the crash.
