A 67-year-old woman riding a motorcycle suffered major injuries Sunday morning when her motorcycle and an SUV collided at the intersection of Morgan and Third streets in Santa Rosa, California. The crash was reported to police just before 10 a.m. on August 30, 2026. She was taken to a local hospital and remained hospitalized as of the following day. Santa Rosa police shut down a westbound lane of Third Street at B Street for roughly two hours while officers investigated and cleared the scene, reopening the road shortly before noon.
