A motorcyclist was critically injured Saturday morning following a crash involving a pickup truck on Hesperia Road in Victorville, according to Victor Valley News. The crash was reported at about 10:17 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 22, 2026, at the intersection of Hesperia Road and Wynona Street, north of Nisqualli Road. Emergency personnel responded and located a black motorcycle and a black Chevy Silverado involved in the crash.
As reported by Victor Valley News, the rider suffered critical injuries, prompting firefighters to request a medical helicopter. The helicopter landed on Hesperia Road, which was temporarily shut down while emergency crews prepared the patient for transport, and the rider was airlifted to an out-of-area trauma center. The pickup truck remained at the scene, and its driver cooperated with authorities during the investigation. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
