Citing a CHP news release, MyNewsLA reported that a Toyota Corolla traveling north in the No. 4 lane veered into the right shoulder, then veered left across the lanes and struck the concrete center divider, and that the driver lost control and hit a Honda Pilot, propelling both vehicles to the right shoulder, where the Corolla struck a concrete wall. It was unclear whether Saldana Munoz was in the Toyota or the Honda.
